Terms and Conditions of Enrollment

Individuals who register for any of our courses declare that they understand the conditions set out herein, that they agree to abide by such conditions as well as all policies and procedures which may be imposed by Technodyne Systems, Inc., pertaining to their participation in training course(s) or any related activities.

Individuals who register and/or pay for courses agree to and accept all Terms and Conditions of Enrolment and Policies and Procedures, including our Refund Policy.

Right of admission is reserved and at the sole discretion of Technodyne Systems, Inc.

Students must provide us with accurate and complete registration information and advise us promptly of any changes.

Courses are presented in English. It also involves homework, including computer assignments, computer tutorials, etc. This means that students need to be competent in speaking, reading and writing in English. Our tutoring does not include help with the English language. We especially ask overseas students to carefully consider their their level of linguistic competence before registering, as no refunds will be considered for this reason.

Students who register for a course hold harmless and indemnify Technodyne Systems, Inc., as well as other students, and all officials employed by Technodyne Systems, Inc., its servants, representatives, employees and agents, against any claims of whatever nature, including costs and expenses, in respect of injury, loss and damage to property irrespective of whether such injury, loss or damage to property may have been caused by an actor omission whether negligent or reckless or otherwise, of any such person.

Students who register for course(s) acknowledge that they are aware of and understand fully the risk and dangers associated with their participation and assume and consent thereto.

Technodyne Systems, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or damage in any circumstances whatsoever arising from and in respect of a students injury, loss or damage to property, however caused and howsoever arising.

Students who register for a course agree to hold harmless Technodyne Systems, Inc., the organisation, its owners, agents, directors, employees, accrediting organisations and associated bodies and all its sponsors from any and all liability arising out of course(s).

Students who register for a course declare that they shall adhere to all rules, regulations, policies and procedures set by Technodyne Systems, Inc. in any way concerning their participation. Students who register for a course also agree to all conditions of registration, including, but not limited to refund policy.

Students who register for a course understand that no refunds will be considered upon cancellation of the course if they do not return all course manuals, computer and material supplied by Technodyne Systems, Inc.

All equipment, course materials, manuals, lecture notes, class demonstrations, presentations, videos, audio cassettes, CD-Rom and all its contents are made available by Technodyne Systems, Inc. without warranties or guarantees of any kind.

Technodyne Systems, Inc. disclaims any liability for injury or damage resulting from the use of information, equipment and other resources that may be mentioned or made accessible through equipment, course materials, manuals, lecture notes, class demonstrations, presentations, videos, audio cassettes, CD-Rom and all its contents.

Students who register for a course agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Technodyne Systems, Inc., the organisation and its owners, agents, directors, employees, accrediting organisations and associated bodies and all its sponsors against any liability for any equipment, course materials, manuals, lecture notes, class demonstrations, presentations, videos, audio cassettes, CD-Rom and all its contents supplied or made accesible by Technodyne Systems, Inc.

Technodyne Systems, Inc. reserves the right to edit, adapt or remove any part of the contents included in existing equipment, course materials, manuals, lecture notes, class demonstrations, presentations, videos, audio cassettes, CD-Rom and all its contents at its sole discretion.

Technodyne Systems, Inc. reserves all rights under copyright, trademark and other applicable law with regard to equipment, course materials, manuals, lecture notes, class demonstrations, presentations, videos, audio cassettes, CD-Rom and all its contents.

The contents of the equipment, course materials, manuals, lecture notes, class demonstrations, presentations, videos, audio cassettes, CD-Rom and all its contents is the sole property of Technodyne Systems, Inc.

Technodyne Systems, Inc. prohibits any form of reproduction or copying of equipment, course materials, manuals, lecture notes, class demonstrations, presentations, videos, audio cassettes, CD-Rom and all its contents.

Course materials and manuals are made available to students subject to the condition that it shall not, by way of trade or otherwise, be lent, resold, hired out, or otherwise circulated.

Students who register for a course acknowledge that they will accept the above terms and conditions of enrolment of their own free will and volition and that they have not been involved to accept or agree to this indemnity as a result of duress and/or any representation of whatsoever nature by any official, servant, representative, agent or employee of Technodyne Systems, Inc.
