Refund Policy

Individuals who register and/or pay for courses agree to and accept all Terms and Conditions of Enrolment and Policies and Procedures, including our Refund Policy.

Right of admission is reserved and at the sole discretion of Technodyne Systems, Inc. Full refunds will be made in cases where students do not meet entrance requirements or are refused enrollment for some other reason.

Students must provide us with accurate and complete registration information and advise us promptly of any changes.

All study materials and computer must be returned in the condition in which it was received by the student, before any refund will be made.

Courses are presented in English. It also involves homework, including computer assignments, computer tutorials, etc. This means that students need to be competent in speaking, reading and writing in English. Our tutoring does not include help with the English language. We especially ask overseas students to carefully consider their their level of linguistic competence before registering, as no refunds will be considered for this reason.

FULL REFUNDS

Students must notify us no later than 24 hours BEFORE the starting date of a course if they wish to cancel their registration to receive a full refund (less 10% registration fee).

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Students who wish to cancel their registration after the above-mentioned 24 hour expiration period, but before 50% of the first class period has been completed may, if eligible, receive a refund based on 50% of the total course fees (with 50% to be retained by Technodyne Systems, Inc.). All study materials and computer MUST be returned in the condition in which it was received by the student, before any refunds will be made.

Outside of any extraordinary circumstances which may be considered by Technodyne Systems, Inc., no refund of any fees or charges will be made after 50% of the first class period has been completed for that course.

PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be given after 50% of the the first class period has been completed.

SPECIAL REFUNDS

Percentage-based refunds may be awarded in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Technodyne Systems, Inc. If at any time a student has a genuine reason for being unable to continue studying (eg. serious illness) Technodyne Systems, Inc. may award a full or partial refund over and above the terms of this Refund Policy, at the sole discretion of Technodyne Systems, Inc. Decisions in this regard will be final.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

When a student wishes to withdraw from a course, a written request must be made. Course materials and return of computer must accompany the request if a refund is requested.

Written requests must be delivered in person.

Refunds will be based on the date of receipt of the letter and/or accompanying course materials and return of computer.

Refund requests will be assessed and finalised within 30 days from the date of receipt of the written cancellation request and returned course materials and computer.
